    Our Client is a well-established company and one of the top market leaders within their industry. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Support Team Lead/ Senior IT Engineer to join their team.

    About the job

    Reports directly to Head of IT, your role involves:

    • Managing external vendors, ensuring external SLA has been met
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees and user ID management
    • Provide support for IT operations which includes data center, network related issues.
    • Provide technical support (Video Conference, Computer, printer, mobile device and etc) to users
    • Provide the guidance to team members to achieve Contract SLA.
    • Provide level 1, 2, 3 support for any software or hardware related issues

    Skills and experience required

    As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in supporting end user environment and experience Active Directory, ticketing systems. Team management is required for this role and basic networking knowledge is an added advantage.
