Our client is a global leader in the luxury hospitality industry.

For their Singapore office, they are looking for technically skilled IT Telephony Analyst.

about the job

As the IT Telephony Analyst, you will manage vendor relationships, create a sustainable telephony environment and provide IT & telephony support to users.

You will also be required to:

  • Propose and build solutions to manage telephony and other channels
  • Document and train the trainer on new features and workflows
  • Reports network issues to SME for analysis and trending of bandwidth and network system/security incidents
  • Provide L2 support within the helpdesk

This is a permanent role, with a new office and excellent bonuses.

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support (Telephony and Helpdesk)
  • Expert level with telephony in a business environment
  • Experience in managing customer care, call centers
  • Hands on experience with Process improvement and Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills and willing to travel occasionally
