Our client is a prestigious law firm at the forefront of the legal industry.



In their booming legal tech department, the client is looking for an ambitious Regional IT Trainer to oversee delivery of IT training on legal applications. The successful incumbent will be working closely with the regional IT team to deliver a quality and efficient IT service





about the job

In this role, you will be required to:


  • Working as part of an effective regional IT team, primarily based in our Singapore office
  • Delivering a consistent and quality approach to IT training and support:
  • Conducting induction training for new joiners across the region
  • Developing and authoring of relevant documentation for all applications
  • Developing eLearning materials
  • Travel to other offices in all countries as required
  • Assisting with the implementation of new projects and IT systems



This is a permanent role.





skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Degree is required
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience as IT Trainer
  • Legal / professional services background with technical experience is preferred
  • Experience using Worksite/FileSite or similar
  • Highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook particularly MS Office 2010
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written skills
