about the job
- Assessing an organization's current IT service management processes and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Planning, configuring, and implementing ITSM software solutions, such as Freshworks, Zendesk, or ServiceNow, to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Tailoring the chosen ITSM platform to align with the organization's unique requirements, ensuring it supports the delivery of IT services effectively.
- Integrating ITSM systems with other IT tools and processes to ensure seamless communication and data flow across the organization.
- Providing training and support to staff to ensure they can effectively use the ITSM tools and follow best practices.
- Monitoring the ITSM system's performance and suggesting enhancements and improvements to ensure it remains aligned with the organization's evolving needs.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with the ITSM system and providing technical support as needed.
- Performing workflow analysis and examination of the interaction between Freshworks and the client’s infrastructure.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 2 years of working experience in Freshworks (priority) or Zendesk or Freshworks. Good understanding of ITSM best practices is expected. Knowledge in scripting/programming is good to have.
