Responsible for the full set of accounts and reporting and enhancing existing processes. The accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager.
about the manager/team
- Support the Finance Manager in the financial, management reporting and forecasting process.
- Full set of accounts to close the book by stipulated deadlines.
- Ensuring GL/Bank reconciliation and flagging out issues to Finance Manager
- Preparing GST report, tax and regulatory reporting matters
- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
skills and experience required
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification
- 3+ years of relevant experience within Banking industry or Finance and Accounting space
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
