Our client is a reputable organisation within the technology industry who has a credible brand name across the region. Due to the aggressive growth plans here in Singapore, there is now a need for a high calibre Junior HRBP to help out with the company's expansion plans.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a Junior HR Business Partner, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end spectrum of HR functions
  • Plan and implement employer branding initiatives such as campus recruitment drives and public networking sessions
  • Looking at innovative methods to source for hi-potential candidates to fulfil hiring requisitions
  • Liaise closely and consult with stakeholders, provide guidance when appropriate
  • Provide HR Policy guidance and intepretation
  • Idenfity training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Support line management in day to day performance management guidance

about the manager/team

You will be working alongside a team of 2 and be reporting into the Senior HRBP.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and demonstrate minimally 2 years of experience. Candidates with experience in technology industry are highly recommended to apply. You should be able to read and converse in Basic Mandarin as you will be liaising closely with Chinese stakeholders. You should be able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to handle ambuguity. You will have strong communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders.
