My client is one of the largest sporting goods retailers in the world. They are currently looking for a junior HR Generalist to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

about the job

For this newly established role, you will report into the HR Lead and manage the day to day HR operational duties as well as partner with different stakeholders and stores of the business. Your duties will include but are not be limited to:

  • Manage the on-boarding & off-boarding process
  • Facilitate the performance management process
  • Facilitating of payroll
  • Employee data management such as leave management, benefit process and maintaining employee records
  • Support in compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Supporting implementation of key HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Government and statutory board regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

skills & experience required

You should come with at least 1 year of HR experience and understand the different spectrums of HR, preferably coming from the retail industry. You must be passionate about sports and passionate about making a difference in people's work life. The ideal candidate is a strong team player and at the same time, able to work independently to make decisions.
