Our client is market-leading Logistics MNC, currently recruiting for a HR/ TA Executive (1 year renewable contract) to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the People Manager, you will support Talent Acquisition & Human Resources activities including but not limited to:

Sourcing of talents from market and evaluating internal talent pool, creating job posting
Drive pipeline hiring through Internship programs, Management Trainee Projects, Campus Hiring, etc.
Handling all offers and onboarding of candidates, conducting & coordinating induction program
Employee background verification through vendor and closing the gaps in the reports with necessary actions
Handling mobility and relocation of new joiners
Support in designing of induction and orientation tool
Manage and monitor recruitment software and vendor management

1 year contract – possibly extendable/convertable/renewable
5 day work week
Office location: East Singapore – walkable from Expo MRT
Company headcount 400
Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement

Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
