Founded 10 years ago, they are pioneers in the E-fulfillment market, providing a seamless omni-channel experience, allowing sellers to increase their market entry and expand regionally with ease.

Their range of services encompasses online store setup, onboarding of brands to online e-marketplaces, official online store management, growth and marketing campaigns management, listing and even customer services.

As part of their business expansions and in order to create synergy with their existing business units, they are looking to hire Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to support their business needs.

about the job

Reporting to the GM, this newly created roles (Category Sales / Key Account Manager) will be responsible for delivering sales - influencing and developing the strategy and go-to-market, specifically responsible for the day-to-day management of online marketplaces (Qoo10, Lazada, Redmart, Shopee etc.) while delivering sales, profitability and return-on-investment targets within the pre-defined budget for the accounts/brands assigned. This role will also be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new routes to market that best align with th firms eCommerce objectives.

  • Manage a group of brands (Key Accounts) to deliver sales and profitability targets based on the company's goals for all marketplaces through the implementation of appropriate/unique strategies for these key accounts
  • Establish, maintain and expand relationships with both brand owners/principal and online marketplaces while effectively execute and align marketing/promotional campaigns with key stakeholders i.e. online retailers, online marketplaces, and brand owners.
  • Track e-Commerce account websites for optimization opportunities, including pricing, placement, promotion and content.
  • Lead the demand planning cycle and responsible for stock management of key accounts’ SKUs to ensure sustainability of key accounts’ commercial outcome.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service Team to ensure e-store execution excellence; maintaining outstanding store rating and chat response rating.
  • Build robust relationships with external stakeholders, deepen their partner networks, and develop a strong merchant base and penetration rates across Brands & retailers in Singapore.
  • Lead vital strategies to drive merchant strategies and synergies, creating growth for the businesses

skills & experience required

  • min 3 - 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven experience as key account manager in e-commerce, sales, consultation and/or digital marketing is a major advantage i.e online seller.
  • Proven track record in merchant acquisition and successful client key account management is highly preferred.
