about the team

You will be part of the Client Lifecycle Management Transformation Team where you are responsible for driving different projects around policy/target operating model (TOM) implementation and other regional/global change initiatives including process transformation, data remediation and system migration. The role is based in Singapore but you will be supporting the Asia Pacific region.

about the job

  • Provide business analysis and change management support
  • Develop strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of policies, processes and systems, as well as ensure the teams are adequately trained and informed
  • Organise meetings and lead discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
  • Develop project plans and document end-to-end roles and responsibilities, including process flow and required controls
  • Prepare associated MI reports
  • Problem analysis and propose recommendations or solutions
  • Work closely with global Project Management team and Technology team
  • Monitor progress of integration initiative and furnish updates to stakeholders on progress against plan
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing process
  • Identify and report risks/issues
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews

skills and experience required

  • Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience within the Banking & Financial Services sector, of which at last 3 years in Change/Transformation space
  • Strong understanding of KYC processes and local regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and experiences with KYC data structure is an added advantage
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in complex projects, communicating and driving change across multiple APAC geographies is a plus
