Assist Front Office and supporting the team with KYC on-boarding and periodic review

about the role

You will be seated with Front Office and supporting the team with primarily KYC on-boarding and periodic review, but will also get the opportunity to assist in the rollout of change initiatives.

  • Responsible for supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) execution in accordance with the bank’s compliance policies and procedures
  • Serves as main point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Front Office, Compliance, KYC Processing and Operations on a daily basis
  • Educate and advise clients on general KYC/AML requirements
  • Acquire and maintain accurate KYC documentation
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of KYC/AML experience in a client-facing environment
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
