This role is on a yearly contract basis with Randstad Singapore and seconded to our client which is a leading IT Consulting company supporting some key projects in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will be as under (but not limited to):

  • Provide level 1 support to internal customer.
  • Troubleshooting of Window, Microsoft office and any other desktop application
  • Troubleshooting of hardware such as printer and any other IT related equipments
  • Ticket creation and documentation of the incident resolution
  • Escalate issue to proper tier 2 support team member if the job is beyond your scope of work.


key skills and experience required:

  • at least GCE "O" level with 6 months of experience.
  • Knowledge of window 7, XP and microsoft office
