about the company
My client is a well established organization that provides quality documents services and communications. They have developed their own products as well to enable users to share knowledge across different platforms. My client has a strong regional presence and are continuously expanding. They are currently looking for a L&D Executive to join their team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a L&D Executive. Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Develop and organize talent development programs to support organization objectives
  • Define learning strategies and identify training gaps
  • Design program structure and traiing curriculum
  • Lead implementation of HRIS Talent Management functionalities
  • Design onboaring programs for new hires
  • Develop compliance training content and curriculum
  • Follow up with participants on post learning application and identify areas for improvement

about the team/manager
You will be reporting to the senior L&D Manager

skills and experiences required
You will be degree in HRM or related fields of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years of L&D experience. You are highly encouraged to apply if you have regional exposure. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of L&D function .You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with your team members and stakeholders. You should be able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to provide strong support and guidance.
