Our Client is a well established MNC with strong presence globally. Their global networks comprises of local offices and full fledge logistic operations worldwide. Due to business expansion, they are looking for dynamic individual to join their HR team to grow their people agenda.


about the job

You will be responsible for engaging, consulting and developing strong relationships with business stakeholders to identify training & development requirements and to design and deliver solutions to meet our client’s business needs and to maximize the potential of their employees to the fullest. Leading a team of 2 executives, you will design and roll out L&D initiatives across the SG business with a clear roadmap to bridge gaps for upskilling them. You will also introduce the best L&D practices to obtain maximum engagement with the business.


about the manager/team

Reporting to the CHRO, you will work alongside with 2 other team members to achieve business objectives and to continue growing together with the organization. These 2 members of the team will be reporting in directly to you.

skills and experience required

You will be degree/diploma qualified with preferable qualifications in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity, bringing along at least 2 years of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be someone with expertise in industry verticals that predominantly has a large workforce; F&B, retail, Food manufacturing/catering etc. The ability to work well and thrive in a fast pace environment is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to manage stakeholders of all level with the finesse in handling frontline/blue collar employees.
