about the company
My client is a growing technology company, looking for a seasoned L&D Partner to set up a full-fledge L&D team.

about the job
As the L&D Partner, you will be working closely with the Business Partner and Head of HR in driving learning initiatives for the organization globally. You will lead the talent management space through learning and design talent development plans. You will be in charge of identifying business needs and plan training roadmaps, curriculum developments and ensure that L&D strategies are aligned to business goals. You will be facilitating and delivering training workshops for the business across all levels. Other ad hoc projects will be assigned accordingly.

skills and experience required
You should come with at least 4 years of regional L&D space, and coming from the high growth tech (internet or e-commerce) space would be highly advantageous. You must come with minimally a Bachelor’s degree. Having strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital to thrive in this role. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong initiatives.
