As a Lead Game Designer, you will be the project's key figure in Game Design, leading a team to achieve production objectives and deliver a high-quality new IP. Your responsibilities include team building, collaboration, and direct supervision of Game Designers. Working closely with the Game Director & Creative Director, you'll actively contribute to the game's development and player experience. Your emphasis will be on people management, creativity, communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a strong player engagement.
skills and experience required
- Knowledge of the game development cycle
- Good storytelling ability and an eagerness to share your creative talents with the team
- Creative experience in video games (or photography, writing and other media)
- A strong team player with good flexibility, capable of creating a positive work environment to motivate and enhance team performance.
