Reporting to the Head, PMO, this is a high profile role where you will be leading strategic post-acquisition integration projects throughout APAC. As the key focal point for senior management across all business verticals, you will analyse the current business operating landscape and formulate programs to streamline and standardize business practices, drive effective changes and harmonisation to advocate operational efficiencies across the region. You will also partake in some pre-deal engagements including financial evaluation and commercial due diligence.
skills and experience required
Ideally, you are degree qualified with at least 10 years of corporate development experiences in multinationals, with some prior years in the consulting practice. Business leaders with prior post-acquisition integration exposure can also be considered. You have a strong background as a change agent, evaluating business processes, driving and implementing strategic changes. You are a self-starter with strong project and people management skills. An appreciation for cross-cultural issues, availability for travels and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.
