about the job:
Looking for a Lead Workday Reporting Analyst, with experience in HR reporting including government and compliance reporting, to support global Data Compliance and Reporting Program. This role will sit in Singapore, supporting the Asian Pacific Region, within Report Development and Deployment team. You will be the HR Reporting professional with experience in implementing and redefining technology – Workday experience is a must. You will have a good understanding of HR technology, technology deployment processes, Workday Report Writer, Core HR reporting and Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition reporting and Workday Recruiting.
You will engage with stakeholders across multiple functions throughout the Region to understand reporting needs, gather report requirements, develop and test reports within Workday according to the needs of each function. You will also coordiante with the Global Report Development and Deployment team to ensure consistency in processes, awareness in team direction, and alignment with HR strategy. Additionally, you will consult and engage with the regional stakeholders to determine future reporting needs and provide training to help advance Workday’s self-service reporting capabilities.
skills and experience required:
- Workday Reporting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in reporting, data management, legal/compliance reporting, and relational database preferably in Human Resources & Operations
- Experience coordinating global HR technology projects including requirements gathering, solutioning, testing, cutover, etc.
- SAP, ServiceNow, and Taleo experience preferred
- Understanding of functional areas across Human Resources and how an Human Captial Management (HCM) and Applicate Tracking System (ATS) support them
- Demonstrable the ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
- Knowledge of tools like Prism, Tableau, Alteryx, Spinifex, and Smartsheets a plus
- Experience in training others to use technology systems a plus
- Experience in consulting, business communication and executive engagement
