about the role
As a Recruiter specialising in strategic level hirings, you would be responsible for managing the end-to-end spectrum of the recruitment process while liaising closely with relevant hiring managers.
- Drive the full spectrum of recruitment for senior-level positions, refining the process based on performance metrics and business needs
- Establish a structured framework for developing a ready pool of talents
- Provide respective business units with consultative advice on the latest industry hiring trends and information
skills and experience
To qualify for this position, you should possess at least a diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting for senior-level positions regionally or internationally. You should also demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the latest sourcing methodologies, alongside a successful track record of delivering on hiring goals in fast-paced environments. A strong background in recruiting for fast-scaling firms or a keen interest in cryptocurrency would set your profile apart from the rest!
