• Bills of Materials (BOM) generation, update and maintenance
• Lead person for the production technician on the floor
• Support the Continuous Improvement programs
• Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules
• Provide manufacturing support in building of the end product
• Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations
• Vet and review engineering procedures and documents before release
• Involve in equipment/ fixture/ process selection, design and deployment
• Participate in product and process cost reduction

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of lean manufacturing environment experience
• CI project experience wil be a plus
• Six sigma certified or / with lean / kaizen experience will be a plus
• Prior experience of managing >40 Operator
• Able to commit to perm night shiftwork (7pm- 7am)
• Able to work pitman shiftwork pattern (2-2-3)
• Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Boon Lay / Tuas / Joo Koon).Transporation pick up location: Boon Lay, Pioneer, CCK, Woodlands, Jurong East
