L&D Manager (up to $8k/month with AWS & VB)

about the job

Are you passionate about developing people and grooming leaders? As the L&D Manager, you will design, drive and support the learning programs and initiatives across the organization.

Your job duties will include but not limited to:

  • Liaising with internal business leaders and HR colleagues to identify training and development needs - and then coming up with design, implementation of training initiatives
  • Overseeing and managing the process of end-to-end of L&D initiatives - curating content, delivery methods, sourcing for vendors, assessing effectiveness, gathering feedback etc
  • Analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
  • Driving a learning culture across the organization
  • Process streamlining and improvements to L&D processes as neccessary


skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will:

  • have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in HR and other related fields
  • have at least 8 years of relevant experience in L&D (designing/customizing all the way to implementation)
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
