about the company
Having close to 20 years of establishment, my client aims to provide relevant and engaging training content/courses to their partnered clients. Through sustainable practices, they support their clients with their transformation processes. They are able to provide training materials across a diverse range of topics and is a market leader in its industry. Due to business expansions, they are now looking to hire for a L&D Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created position.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a L&D Consultant, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Build up and establish strong working relationships with partnered clients.
  • Conduct research to assess client's organization and industry, understand overall business and performance objectives.
  • Support clients in steering training directions - identify gaps, understand critical requirements and objectives, provide consultancy and advisory support on learning solutions and recommendations.
  • Determine appropriate learning delivery mode to facilitiate training.
  • Managing end to end program delivery, enrolling clients onto portals, design training curriculum and recommend suitable training programs for partnered clients based on their needs with the goal of driving business results, workplace performance improvements etc.
  • Leading onsite facilitator to ensure programmes run smoothly.
  • Evaluate training programmes - develop evaluation report to measure outcomes and effectiveness of programs.
  • Communicate outcomes and long term plans to partnered clients.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Product Team Lead.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HR or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the L&D function. It would be ideal if you have experience working within the Education/Training industry sector and have professional certification (ACLP, ACTA). Apart from the mentioned, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management is a crucial skills set for this role and you will possess the ability to handle stakeholders of all levels. You will be someone who is able to multi-task with excellent people skills. Teamwork is of an essence to this organization and you will be someone who works well in a collaborative and cohesive environment.
