Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible to:
- Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees, including leadership programs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
- Review of staff skills and performance periodically
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
- Carry out post training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a HR position
- Experience in handling learning & development functions will be preferred
- Good communication, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision
- Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
