Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will be responsible to:
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding globally
- Manage the L&D training calendar and support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiatives for staff
- Monitor status of training completion and follow up
- Assist in the preparation of training reports and managing the LMS course library and other L&D platforms
- Liaise with training vendors and review application for external training courses
- Attend to any Learning and Development related administrative and logistics matters
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in handling learning & development functions or using learning management systems will be advantageous
- Good communication, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated, organised and able to follow through and complete tasks
- Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
