about the job
Reporting to the HR Director SEA, you will part of regional HR & L&D team working together to design, develop and facilitate learning content and talent development programs. As such your remit will be:

  • Work closely with line managers on training needs analysis, design the annual training plan and develop solutions and content to improve business performance.
  • Be a true talent and L&D business partner and get buy in from the business through offering solutions that extend beyond just training.
  • Assist in continuous improvement and development of programmes working with global L&D team on initiatives such as the internal university, management & leadership development.
  • Along with HR Director SEA facilitate the annual talent management programme for the region.
  • Facilitate training sessions and internal networking for programmes such as induction, sales, management development and leadership development training.
  • Keep updated with the latest trends and developments related to learning, development and talent management field


about the manager/team
Reporting into the HR Director SEA and working as part of a team of 11

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in learning & Development. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels of business. Proactive with the ability to take on projects and work independently you will be used to working in a face paced sales environment and have experience of dealing with ambiguity and still been able to produce results
