One of the largest financial services companies in the world with offices globally, my client is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) specialist to join their HR team.

If you are looking to join a big but closely knitted and stable HR team, this role is for you!

About the role

Are you an advocate for lifelong learning? Do you believe in partnering the business to drive skills and competency requirements of the business?

This role will require you to handle all L&D matters. You will be responsible for:

  • Define the L&D requirements of the business
  • Drive learning
  • Handle succession planning and talent management
  • Work with business to tailor training plans according to their needs
  • Use various platforms to drive the technical skills
  • Manage Soft Skills curriculum for the region

About you

If you are a creative and strategic thinker, who is experienced with course design and curriculum management, we would definitely like to speak with you.

You are also someone who is able to facilitate and deliver training and has relevant L&D experience in the banking industry.
