    This role will report directly into the Senior Manager of Human Resource. You will be responsible to:

    • Identify and evaluate individual and organisation development needs
    • Create career plans for employees.
    • Develop and implement training strategies and programs
    • Liaise and coordinate with training consultants and providers
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the programs
    • Prepare and manage the training budget
    • Responsible for sourcing & management of government funding for training

    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Business, Psychology or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    • Possess strong coordination and project management skills
    • Familiarity with learning platforms and effective training methods
