This role will report directly into the Human Resource Lead. You will be responsible to:
- Identify and evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Create career plans for employees.
- Develop and implement training strategies and programs
- Liaise and coordinate with training consultants and providers
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the programs
- Prepare and manage the training budget
- Responsible for sourcing & management of government funding for training
- Manage the performance management system and facilitate annual talent review process.
- Manage the rewards & recognition program
skills and experience required
- Degree in Business, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong coordination and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with learning platforms and effective training methods
