about the job

Taking on an L&D Assistant Manager role, you will collaborate with the L&D team in driving learning design and implementation initiatives. Your role will also cover partial of the OD programs to drive Employee Engagement initiatives and Employee Value Proposition aligned to organisation strategies.

Learning & Development

  • Support and manage end-to-end design, development, implementation and change management efforts to drive adoption for Modular e-content deployment to all staff.
  • Perform learning need analysis to identify gaps for improvements.
  • Design, implement and monitor the adoption of small-scale learning design projects to target at delivering contextual learning experiences to all employees.
  • Support the design, development, implementation, change management and release management of new Learning Management System.
  • Partnering with your stakeholders from content creation to service delivery
  • Drive and implement learning initiatives/L&D branding and marketing/campaigning efforts.

Organizational Development

  • Support OD in the development of the Employee Engagement programmes; facilitate focus group sessions, employee engagement surveys follow up action and improvement plans.
  • Follow-through the Employee Engagement Survey results and ensure desire participation rate is achieved
  • Work with your OD lead to ensure that employee engagement initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic goals.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrates at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of corporate employees across different demographic background. You will possess excellent communication skills coupled with good. Industry experience within the professional services/financial services industry is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also be someone who is passionate in L&D with the determination to set others up for success.
