about the job
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the facilitators to provide excellent service to the clients - from scheduling meetings and sending out invites to all parties, attending calls to document key points of meetings with clients, to ensuring the project follows through key targets and deadlines alongside the facilitator. You will be managing the project roadmap to facilitate the completion of tasks according to the timeline, monitoring the progress of programs and extending day-to-day administrative support to the facilitator and participants, including booking of venues and ordering of refreshments for physical programs, or setting up MS Teams calls for virtual programs. You will need to collaborate with the internal creative team to produce smart and on-brand documents, such as program materials, and with your global counterparts to coordinate the pre-work and designing phase of the program.

You will work closely with the CEO, Business Manager, Consultants and the Creative team.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project management/coordination. Those with secretarial experience are welcome too. You will need to have great communication and interpersonal skills to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, and be proactive in proposing solutions whenever suitable. You should be meticulous, organised and have strong coordination and multi-tasking skills to ensure efficient communication and quality standards of service to clients. Exhibiting a positive attitude and energy, along with the ability to work smart and efficiently, will contribute to your success in this role.
