This role is a confidential search, this position will report directly into the Human Resource COE Lead. You will be responsible to:
- Identify and evaluate learning needs for Operations and Technical department and define the priorities in designing and recommending programs that support the teams
- Create competency framework and career road map
- Reviewing, design & implementing L&D programs
- Support the Learning Academy’s efforts to elevate employees’ competency.
- Align within L&D framework as point of contact for learning & development
- Ensure quality compliance as measured by audit reports, ISO standards and other quality control initiatives relating to Learning & Development function
skills and experience required
- Degree in Business, Human resource, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong coordination and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with learning platforms and effective training methods
- Proficient in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or MyPulse Learning
