Responsible for the full function of retail leasing, including tenant / trade mix review and planning.
Source and secure suitable tenants, identifying market segments and prospects.
Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters
Prepare and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue.
Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space.

skills & experience required

Degree / Diploma in relevant studies
Min 2 years’ experience in lease management in industrial properties / shopping mall
Possess CEA certification will be added advantage
Hands on experience in property leasing software will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS software will be added advantage
