about the job
- Responsible for the full function of retail leasing, including tenant / trade mix review and planning.
- Source and secure suitable tenants, identifying market segments and prospects.
- Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters
- Prepare and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
- Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue.
- Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space.
skills & experience required

- Degree / Diploma in relevant studies
- Min 2 years’ experience in lease management in industrial properties / shopping mall
- Possess CEA certification will be added advantage
- Hands on experience in property leasing software will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS software will be added advantage
