This top tier international legal firm is seeking a driven and passionate Legal Administrator to join the Singapore office.

about the job

Being a Legal Administrator to the Dispute Resolution team allows you to work with all lawyers and peers within the practice group, providing them with timely and accurate support on court related procedures and searches. Key job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Being the point of contact with court registries
  • An expert in e-litigation system – Rendering searches and e-filing of all court papers on timely basis
  • Maintain the system user guide and train all staff on the usage
  • Maintaining database on shared system and facilitating the maintenance of court precedent in the system.
  • Servicing of court documents as and when required

This role allows you to branch out your knowledge by supporting other practice areas on simple researches and searches such as ACRA searches and lodgement for the real estate transactions.

skills & experience required

You would come with at least 2 years of legal support work experiences within a legal firm and be confident and comfortable in working independently with minimum assistance required. It is a must to have knowledge in using e-litigation. In return, this role pays up to S$3000 with excellent welfare benefits.
