overseeing overall legal and compliance matters

handling wide range of corporate and commercial contracts, disputes and employment matters

working closely with business stakeholders against legal risk and providing mitigation strategies

implementing and developing compliance management system

conducting internal trainings on legal and regulatory requirements

advising on risk management system

Reporting to CEO


skills and experience required

Ideal candidates possess at least a Degree in Law and admit to Singapore Bar or at least one common law jurisdiction. You have at least 6 years of experience, preferably the experience in handling compliance matters.

Legal associates from private practice are welcomed too.
