Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with business acumen, managing compliance matters including developing and implementing the policies and procedures. Enforcing regulations in all aspects which included but not limited to data privacy, anti-trust, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, ethics and human rights. Assist in conducting relevant training to the internal stakeholders. Researching on compliance issues when necessary, ensuring the operational workflows at all time and mitigation of compliance risks. Mindful to the regulatory updates and developments and make sure that the company is evolving the best practices in compliance control.

skills and experience required
You possess at least a Diploma in Law with at least 3-4 years of experience in handling legal and compliance matters. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills. Certified compliance professional is a plus but not mandatory.
