Our client is seeking an urgent legal contractor for a 3-months term.

about the job

Youi will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing of legal agreements, commercial contracts, internal policies, and related legal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. A key function of this role is to provide legal support on transactional matters, strategic projects, and new business initiatives across various departments. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze legal exposures and leverage their expertise to recommend and implement effective legal mitigations and solutions that align with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.

skills and experience required

• Relevant legal experience from private practice or an an inhouse role, preferably within the financial service industry
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with good stakeholder management
• Available to start within short notice
