Your scope of duties include:

Working closely with the Corporate Banking businesses in reviewing and facilitating in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of legal documentation and managing the documentation process for financing transactions
Advising and interacting with relevant internal stakeholders and external counsels
Management of legal risk in relation to financing transactions and matters
Reporting and escalate potential legal risk issues
Participating in projects where necessary

skills and experience required

Bachelors of Law and legally qualified in England, Singapore, Hong Kong or any other common law jurisdiction with 8-10 years of legal experience in banking and finance
Independent and self-motivated with excellent stakeholder management
