You are required to provide legal advice, drafting of legal documents including banking and financing documents, such as facility agreements, project financing, bank guarantee and others. You will provide support to the front office, and external parties including the teams based in Asia and Europe, and also other banks in order to facilitate the process. You will also provide other support on corporate matters other other legal duties as required.

skills and experience required
You have a good understanding of Singapore laws, with at least 2-3 PQE as practising lawyer or in-house counsel, preferably in the financial sector. You also possess strong organisational, good time management and communication skills.
