About Our Client
Our client is a renowned multinational company with a diversified portfolio across industries. In line with their global corporate expansion strategy, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the Lead Counsel, you will be responsible in supporting on legal and compliance matters for various business units under your care. This includes advising on strategic commercial collaborations and new market entries, drafting and driving negotiations for contracts and advising on general corporate matters. Aside from advising on the day-to-day legal matters, you will work closely with operational teams to roll out initiatives and systems to streamline legal processes and workflow.

Requirements
You are a common law qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in reputable law firms and in-house legal environment. Candidate with prior regional experience gained in in-house environment will be viewed favourably. Equipped with good commercial acumen and a strong eye for detail, you have a proven track record in meeting challenging timelines without compromising the quality of work.
