About Our Client
Our client is a global entertainment company, a market leader in the space that they operate in. As part of the expansion and growth of the Asia business, they now have a newly created role to be based in Singapore supporting the Asia operations. This is an exciting growth opportunity where you will be provided mentorship to grow into a legal business partner.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Legal, Asia based in Singapore, you will provide advice to support the regional business operations and growth. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, advising on compliance and regulatory matters and corporate matters including but not limited to M&A, employment, data privacy and disputes as they arise. You will also be keenly involved in building up legal processes and policies and providing the relevant training to regional stakeholders.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience with a strong and sound technical background, ideally in commercial and corporate law. Passionate about the media and entertainment industry, you are proactive, solutions-oriented, flexible, adaptable and are armed with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to partner and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. ...
