As the legal counsel, you are expected to assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales of goods and services contracts with local and international customers and suppliers, including the corporate and commercial contracts such as reseller agreements, tender contractual documents, lease agreements, service and license agreement and other legal documents. You are also required to provide legal advise to support the business operations as well as engaging the external counsels, to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters to ensure smooth operation. It is also part of the job to oversee compliance matters including data protection, anti-bribery and anti-trust.

skills and experience required
Possess a LLB and admitted to practice at the Singapore Bar or any common law jurisdiction with at least 3-4PQE. At least 1 year experience in the corporate industry would be advantageous. You are a strong team player and able to work independently.
