handling legal matters across APAC region including China implementing and overseeing compliance program across different jurisdictions
drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts including dispute and projectsmanaging and working closely with external counselsworking closely with business stakeholders against legal risk and providing mitigation strategiesconducting internal trainings on legal and regulatory requirements

skills and experience required
Ideal candidates possess at least a Degree in Law. You have at least 3 years of experience from a real estate company or in top-tier law firms with experience handling real estate clients. Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
