Support the Head of Legal in managing, drafting and negotiating on a wide range of contracts included but not limited to NDAs, software licensing agreements, IP commercialisation and protection, sales and marketing contracts, data protection, and liaising with external counsels. Working closely with various departments to manage the entire process including HR, sales, media, and other official bodies. Supporting on compliance matters including human rights, ethics and data privacy.

skills and experience required
You are called to the Singapore Bar or any commo law jurisdiction, with min 2 years of PQE, particularly in the corporate/M&A or TMT specialisation. Candidates coming from in house are most welcomed too.
