This role involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts related to corporate and commercial agreements, reseller agreements, lease agreement, service and licence agreements, SaaS and software licensing agreements. Providing legal advice and support as well as managing disputes including HR, employment and contract disputes. Liaising with external counsels and handling of compliance matters including but not limited to HR, data protection, anti-bribery and anti-trust.

skills and experience required
Called to the Singapore Bar or any common law jurisdiction with min 4-6 PQE. Strong team player, self motivated and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
