Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, EPC contracts, terms and conditions, NDA, MOU, forms and any other documents required by the business.
Manage internal disputes and claims, mitigate disputes and prevent lawsuits by providing practical solutions.
Develop, prepare and maintain contract templates, forms and letters in response to the regulatory updates.
Develop the contract management workflow and processes to ensure approvals are obtained and documents are signed properly.
Monitor on-going laws and regulations relevant to the company, provide updates on new developments in laws and regulations and its impact to the company’s operations.
Oversee licensing and monitor regulatory compliance in various business functions and provide compliance training
Draft policies and develop compliance programs relating to AML, PDPA, IT and others.

skills and experience required

Reputable Law Degree with Min 2-3 PQE, commonwealth law
Experienced working in corporate or M&A department or in-house
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Practical and solutions-oriented to solve legal challenges
