about the job

You will be responsible for providing support to the Partner and Associates in ensuring efficient daily operations and building a friendly and positive work environment. Being the Legal Secretary (Corporate), your duties include:

• Diary management
• Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
• Scheduling and organisation of meetings
• Preparation of the billing administration
• Formatting of legal documentation

about the manager / team

You will report directly into the Partner in the Corporate team to ensure that the office operations are smooth and seamless. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 4 years of legal secretarial experience in an international law firm. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, good in multi tasking and demonstrate an ability to work independently and in teams in a fast paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
