In this position as a Life Claims Manager, you will be tasked to manage a small team and assisting the team to assess and approve of death, critical illness, disability, terminal illness & other complex claims within service turnaround time.
The ideal incumbent must be able to manage claims investigation independently and attending to service recovery, complaint, appeal and enquiry escalated from customer contact points.
skills and experience required
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience assessing Life claims and experience managing a small team
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work well with various internal/external stakeholders
- Strong team player, highly meticulous and independent
- LOMA certified or equivalent
