about the job
- Lead and Support the team with order processing, logistics management and assist in daily office and warehouse needs.
- Resolve any delivery shipment issues and provide good customer service to clients.
- Engage stakeholders to review and improve current operational processes.
- Prepare quotation and submit monthly rebilling for various warehouses.
- Handle freight enquiry by commercial team on adhoc basis.
- Prepare necessary documents for company ISO audit purposes for yearly review
- Inventory & stock take arrangement
skills & experience required
To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related functions
