about the company

My client is in the equipment manufacturing.With more than 20 years history, this is a great brand to join at an exicting time in their development.

about the job

  • Manage inbound containers and ensure the accuracy of the shipment information
  • Issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment
  • Discussion with suppliers to resolve documentation problems
  • Submission & process of approved invoices
  • Process customer sales orders (quotations, customers’ purchase order with verifications)
  • Source & manage 3pl service provider
  • Plan shipping schedules and update shipment information
  • Create work order for the Production Team upon receipt of materials
  • Maintain inbound and outbound documentations
  • Freight cost and documentations audit

skills & experience required

  • Degree / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
  • Excellent in microsoft excel & SAP
  • Well versed with order processing & fulfillment
  • Understand & usage of SAP
  • Willing to work around penjuru area (Nearest MRT: Jurong East MRT)
