• Coordinate, manage and drive root cause investigations and reductions on over, short and damage shipments (OSD) with 3PL, freight forwarders and manufacturing sites
• Supports 3PL regional (Asia Pacific) warehouse activities; include receiving, storage, distribution, supplies requisition, resource management, inventory management and quarter end management
• Manages inventory including cycle count processes, FIFO, serialization, Excess and Obsolete (E&O), inventory reconciliation, inventory counts and adjustments, and scrap
• Drive root cause investigations of complex inventory discrepancies and implementation of corrective actions
• Evaluate freight forwarders performance to ensure the daily operations meet and exceed the key performance indicators (KPI)
• Consolidate freight forwarders’ reports and prepare monthly metric for management
• Execute daily PO to manufacturing sites to ensure timely stock replenishment and eventually order fulfillment
• Manage inbound manifests and maintain system shipping notification dock dates in ensuring visibility of product availability
• Supports various operational and analytical reports

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing / working with 3pl stakeholders or in regional distribution environment
• SAP proficient
• Able to commence within short notice period / immediate
• Willing to work around bouna vista / clementi / commonwealth area
• Training given to candidate with no experience
